The practice’s dedicated team has over 20 years experience in both the Statutory Approval assessments and the Fire Safety Consultancy delivery stream providing a unique insight into all aspects of construction and fire safety. This balance of consultancy, legislative overview, detailed and complex site-based construction and product assessments provides Helios with a unique position to provide bespoke tailored solutions to complex design and construction challenges.
With the diverse experience from both a construction, product, and design perspective this allows Helios to provide a fully tailored bespoke service on complex construction projects from project inception to completion and occupation.
Helios aims for early end-user and design team engagement to ensure key fire safety elements are included in the design from the outset.
With defined fire safety performance necessities and end-user requirements fully integrated into the concept design, we will engage with other designers and specialists to ensure a high quality, coordinated and robust solution.

Expertise
Helios can provide in-house expertise to provide CFD reviews, engineering judgements, fire risk assessments and Stage 5 site construction support. Our team have worked in fields including structural engineering, smoke ventilation design and building control which helps broaden our construction support offering.
